Gift Guide: 2019 Faves/Last Minute Gifts
I did this sort of gift guide last year so I figured I’d do it again and keep it going as long as I have this blog. I had quite a few favorites this year, especially in the skincare department. I didn’t purchase a lot of makeup or clothing for some reason, so this will probably be pretty skincare and miscellaneous focused. Keep reading if you’re interested in some of my faves that I purchased this year.

Aesop Skincare
I fell deeply in love with AesopĀ in the last few months. I think they make some great quality skincare that actually works. In Two Minds Facial cleanser has helped my skin tremendously. Aesop also has some amazing gift sets to choose from for just about any kind of person you can think of. My favorite aspect of this brand is its packaging because mostly everything comes in glass amber bottles. Who doesn’t love a good reusable bottle? Aesop is pretty underrated and I think anyone would be flattered receiving a product from this brand.
The Universe Has Your Back, Super Attractor, etc!
Honestly, any Gabrielle Bernstein book is going to be a life-changer, at least if you believe in the types of things she writes about. Any book by this author would make a great gift for someone who a.) likes to read and b.) is working on self-care/love through spirituality. I personally love her approach when it comes to manifestation and co-creating the life that you’ve always dreamed of. Whether your gift receiver is new to manifestation or an expert, they will thoroughly enjoy Gabrielle if they haven’t already.
Crystal Rollers/Gua Sha
You guys already know why this would make a great gift for just about anyone. These skincare tools are aesthetically pleasing and they actually work well to keep skin nice and tight. Also, these tools massage all your serums, oils and essences into your skin, which I need to do more often. Get a roller, gua sha or both for a friend who recently became obsessed with skincare and light up their Christmas morning.
Huda Beauty Lipsticks
Normally for a gift such as lipstick, I’d like to give something a little more luxurious. However, Huda’s lipstick line feels so soft and creamy and just like butter. I especially love the nude color, Last Night, because it’s super brown/black girl friendly and doesn’t really need a lip liner. I’d honestly be interested to try the whole line because of how creamy and non-drying these lipsticks are. Anyway, delight someone with this seemingly luxuriously priced lipstick this year.
Dr. Jart Sheet Masks
These were such a lifesaver this year! These hydrating sheet masks helped me get my skin all the way together! While I am freakin’ in love with the GLOW RECIPE Watermelon Jelly Sheet Mask, Dr. Jart is just more readily available and I can find it whenever I’m in Sephora no matter what. I would honestly be over the moon if I received ten of these on Christmas morning. Mom….are you reading this?
That’s it for this gift guide. I apologize for this post being out so late, but I haven’t been feeling 100% the last couple of days. I’ll have more things to come later this week so stay tuned! As always…
Thanks for reading,
