3 Products that are Saving My Skin

I am so glad that today it is raining. I don’t know why but for some reason I cannot focus during really hot days. I get so drained so easily and I have a hard time functioning. I don’t know if this occurs for anyone else, but it sure is a struggle to get little small tasks done…like writing a blog post or editing a video. Actually, now that I think about it, those are pretty big tasks but you get what I mean.

If you read my last post about the 24 things I learned in 24 years, then you now that I’m batching my blog post. So yes this is a batched post…not that you guys really needed to know that. Anyway, now that my intro is written, let us jump into the 3 products that are saving my skin right now.

The first product is this Rhassoul Clay. I purchased this over a year ago and I normally use for when I want a nice deep cleansing mask every once in a while. Now I use it daily in place of my Bosical Charcoal Cleansing stick. During the nighttime, after my oil cleansing step, I’ll pour a little of this into my palm and add just enough water so that I can apply the clay to my skin. I either rinse off immediately or I leave it on for about five minutes. This has really helped with those little tiny bumps that just don’t seem to go away even with a foolproof skincare routine.

The second product is this Evian Mineral Water Facial Spray. Hydrated skin is really where it is at. Did you know that you can have dehydrated oily skin? Well, guess what helps with hydration…WATER! Luckily, I don’t have dehydrated skin like some out there, but I do like to use this when I wake up because our skin tends to dry out overnight. If you travel and are on a plane, then you should consider adding this to your routine…yes it is TSA friendly!

The third and last product is the Solution from Glossier. Normally I don’t play around with acids anymore because I feel that they are harsh on my skin, however, this product is the truth! When I first applied Solution, my skin did burn/tingle quite a bit and that did worry me. However, the burning/tingling lasts about 10-20 seconds. The next day, my skin was so soft and looked so much clearer and less congested. Even though the directions say you can apply it every day, I still follow the 2x a week rule due to my sensitive skin. I can’t break it down and tell you why these ingredients are so bomb, but I can tell you that after I use Solution for about a month I will write a review and all that good stuff.

So those are the products that are currently saving my skin and getting me ready for my beach vacation. Hopefully, I don’t have any crazy breakouts from here on out, but if I do, then I know how to fix it!

Thanks for reading,

ChelsiKay
