Future Fall Transition Purchases
Summer is beginning to wrap up and honestly, I couldn’t be any happier. As some of you know, I freaking adore fall so so much! I’ve never been much of a fan of summer because I honestly feel like I can focus…that and my makeup melts off of my face. I think I may have said that same exact line in a post this time last year.
However, it isn’t fall just yet! It’s that time where we start the transition into the cool weather. This time of year used to really irritate me because I hated having my fall outfit on only to be burning up later in the day or still in shorts and be freezing by nightfall.
Anywho, in the spring/summertime, I had a post of future purchases that I wanted to make. So today I’m going to do that again but for this fall transition time. Let’s just get right into it!
Ok so I have a love/hate relationship with bodysuits because at times they can be pretty uncomfortable but they’re super versatile. I figured if I get a nice soft bodysuit from American Eagle, it would be comfortable and versatile!
I’m obsessed with sweater dresses and I really want another one. This isn’t really a transition piece, but for those colder days, they’re pretty perfect.
I’ve been looking for the perfect tee dress for the longest. I can wear a tee dress all time but just style them differently. I was pretty sad when I found out American Apparel was closing down, but I recently found out that they’re just online now. From what I can tell they only have basics (like they used to) but I noticed this perfect tee dress and I’m pretty sure I’m getting it very soon.
I’m still trying to figure out why I don’t have black jeans. I bought some last year and they had this horrible smell which was probably the black dye that gives them their color. I couldn’t wear them for more than an hour and had to get rid of them. I happen to know that BDG jeans from Urban Outfitters DON’T have this horrible dye smell…so I think this will also be a for sure purchase as well.
Denim skirts have made a serious comeback and I’m here for it. At first, I wasn’t sure, but the way they can be styled now is way better than before. I may have to turn some old jeans into a skirt here soon…
So that’s all the clothing purchases I want to make for the transitioning weather! I may make another list for fall/winter time. That’s it for today! Thanks for reading as always!
